The Sports blog I have told you about in the past few posts is now public. From this point forward, I'm going to try to keep the two blogs exclusive to each other. I'm not going to talk about that blog here or this blog there.
So, if you're interested the sports discussions I used to have on this blog will now be on that blog. It will be entirely dedicated to those topics and I hope to make it more in-depth and up to date that I could ever keep it here.
So, officially introducing my brand-new blog:
Pasta Salad Tackle Football
Thanks for reading.

Pushing it Back
I said in the last post that my brand new sports only blog with a super secret name would launch today. I'm afraid that I'm going to have to push that back. The new target Launch date is Friday, December 10th. I thought I would have more time to polish that site and come up with a good opening post, but this past week has been busy and stressful and I'm not even started with finals yet.
I've got my nose to the grindstone studying for Biology tomorrow and Mythology on Wednesday. I'm not sure if I'm going to find much time to study for my Math final. What really sucks is that I have actual work due tomorrow along with having to take the final in Bio; two papers and two labs.
Ok. Back to work. I'll leave you with an awesome song, "Black Santas" by Lauren Fairweather. I can't wait until I get my order from her and Matt's holiday sale.
Thanks for reading and please comment.

Changes
I have decided that I need to make some changes around here. I've been thinking for a while about the things that I can do to make this blog a better place for anyone who reads it and for myself as the poster.
I talked in yesterday's post about how surprisingly significant of a day Monday ended up being. It's weird nothing changed IRL, but still I'm pretty heart broken about it. That day also got me thinking and I decided that I needed to make some changes with my own blog.
The first thing I've decided that I will no longer post about sports on this blog. It is an important part of my life. I'm an unabashed fan of sports, but I feel that the two sports posts a week clash with the rest of what I'm trying to do. Also, I don't really want to turn some one off, because I have two straight posts about sports. I also don't want someone to think this is exclusively about sports and then end up getting posts about my adoration of The Cookie Monster.
Don't fret if you are a fan of my sports posts. They aren't going away for good, I'm going to start another blog that is sports specific. I hope to have it it viewable by everyone on Sunday, December 5th. It will still be a work in progress, but I'm really liking the title I came up with*. I'd like to have other contributors to that blog. We'll have to see where that goes.
Obviously this means that Buckeye Sunday and Browns' Monday will no longer exist here. Gaming Tuesday and Random Wednesday will remain. Gaming doesn't exactly fit the mold either, but I feel like it is much closer than the frequent sports' posts.
I also have decided to end daily posts. I shouldn't have to make posts about how much I don't want to post. So, I'm going to end any feelings of obligation of having to post every day. I don't posting will ever become sparse on here, but I think fewer posts should improve quality. Also taking away those two theme posts with a template would make it that much more difficult to come up with something decent everyday.
I'm going to work to improve the interface as well. I want to try to make it a easier to find posts on certain topics. So, expect to see some new things and some construction projects around here. I'm not really proficient with HTML, but am trying to learn a few things.
Thanks for reading and please comment.

*You'll have to wait to see what it is. Although it may already be listed in my profile, but if it is, you can't see the blog yet. It is super exclusive ;)

State of the Blog Ramblings II
Something that annoys me is when producers make changes to their products without acknowledging that a change has been made. Maybe I'm just a stubborn old man, but I would like to at least have switches acknowledged. So, in this spirit, I'd like to inform my possibly existent readers of some of the changes I'll be making and those that I am considering.
Lately, I've found myself annoyed with the background and post template. I don't know, it just seems to be much-a-do about nothing. It seems busy for no good reason. So, for the past few days, I've have spent sometime looking at different blog templates and will switch to a new one sometime next week.
Speaking of layout issues. I also want a banner. I'm not very skilled at photo manipulation or even operating a program that would allow me to make an awesome banner. So, if you or some you know, knows how to do such a thing and are willing to help me out, please let me know. I may even hold a contest for this if enough interest is shown.
I've also decided to change who can make a comment on this blog. I have it set, so that anyone with an OpenID can make a comment. Most people do have some sort of OpenID username to make a comment, but probably don't realize it and it is mildly complicated to get it connected to this blog. I've decided to make it so anyone can comment on a post, including Anonymous persons. I do worry a bit about same. I'd think that this thing isn't popular enough to draw spam, but I wouldn't be shocked if some spam-bots show up. If it isn't too ridiculous, it will be easy enough to delete any spam and hopefully this will encourage more commenting.
Finally, A finally 'Buckeye Sunday' and 'Browns' Monday' will not necessarily be weekly things during the off-season. By brief experience with doing those in the off-season produced some of the worse posts in this blogs short history. Also as a side note, I will not be doing Browns' Monday this week. It's a bye week and for the Monday's post I'll be putting on my amateur political pundit hat and make some projections and predictions about the Midterm election. Also expect a second Tuesday post as I react to and discuss the actual results.
There are also a few projects I'm considering doing on this blog, but they will stay on the down-low for now in case they never happen.
Any thoughts, concerns, ideas, etc.? Leave them in the comments* below.
Thanks for reading.

Woes and Guests
I've come to hate Saturday posts since the college football season has started. I don't really want to spend much time writing blog posts while games are going on that I want to watch. Generally, there are games on from noon to about 1am, if not later. Sometimes there are periods where all the games that are ongoing are blowouts and usually it is pretty light between about 7pm and 7:30pm, but still there isn't much time to devout to a blog post with out distracting myself from games*.
Why don't I just talk about college football on Saturdays? Well, that seems logical, but I'd rather save all of that for tomorrow's post. I'm going to try and work on backlogging some posts to put up on Saturdays, so my Saturday posts aren't such crap.
So, here's an idea that I've had for a while, but would like to formally announce an invitation. I'd like to make Saturdays a day for guest posts on my blog. So, if anyone is interested in being a guest on the blog let me know. You can just leave a comment, email me**, or tweet me @Pastafarian07. I don't want to set any rules for this really. We could do interviews, a guest could just write a blog, or whatever. So, let me know if you like this and hopefully there will be some interest.
Thanks for reading and please comment
